  • Residential components with ancillary services to house workers in Fernley.
  • An onsite private switching facility that will serve tenants that have direct rail service to their buildings.
  • A transload facility to allow tenants that are using trucking for their primary transportation solution to still take advantage of the efficiencies of the rail system.

Mark IV Capital has a local office in Fernley and works closely with the city, community members, and tenants to create an environment that meets local needs while catalyzing growth and revitalization.

EXCELLENCE

Victory Logistics District will feature a Center of Excellence campus, which will serve as a workforce development tool for the local community, as well as an incubator space for startups. Currently, 40,000 square feet inside one of its speculative warehouses will house the center with approximately 59 acres of additional land set aside for future development of a larger campus.

COALITION

We partnered with Skill Up and Western Nevada College to bring essential skills training to job seekers in Northern Nevada. The local career platform offers expanded training programs and free one-to-one career advising.

VICTORY
LOOP

 Mark IV Capital’s annual event Victory Loop, a three-day off-roading adventure through the Northern Nevada desert ending at Victory Logistics District is a unique experience that gives back to local veterans and first responders in the region. In 2024, Mark IV Capital raised over $100,000 for charity through this event.
