The Mark IV Capital team welcomed NAIOP Northern Nevada’s Developing Leaders group for a tour of Victory Logistics District in Fernley.
The group walked the completed buildings and the sites now under development, with a close look at how the district’s infrastructure, power and rail access come together across the master plan.
