The Fernley Reporter looked at the long-term vision for Victory, speaking with Rick Nelson, Senior Vice President of Northern Nevada for Mark IV Capital, following his appearance on Nevada Newsmakers.

The article details the infrastructure now going into the ground: water, sewer, storm drainage, telecommunications, natural gas, electricity and fiber brought to the curb along roughly four and a half miles of roadway, plus the rebuild of Nevada Pacific Parkway as a six-lane corridor with a bridge over the Union Pacific line.

It also covers the power strategy behind the district, including a dedicated power district and 1.8 gigawatts of planned generation, alongside geothermal and solar options. Workforce partnerships with Western Nevada College supply training in electrical work, HVAC, welding and commercial driving.

Nelson frames Victory as a 25-year vision for Fernley, with Mark IV Capital investing more than $400 million in infrastructure over the next five years.
